Issue Summary

Viewing the "Spaces" dropdown menu from the top navigation bar shows archived spaces to all users.

For all users(authenticated + anonymous users), Archived spaces show up in this list.

Further, our documentation specifically indicates that Archived spaces should not be listed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a space.
2. Archive the space.
3. Check the quick navigation for an Authenticated and non-authenticated (anonymous) user.

Expected Results

The Space is not listed in the quick navigation spaces dropdown for both Authenticated and non-authenticated (anonymous) user.

Actual Results

The navigation lists the archived space.

Workaround

At the moment, there is no workaround to remove it from the list, but to delete the space if not required.
