      Issue Summary

      Questions for Confluence: Clicking on a Topic label or creating a question throws a "Something went wrong" popup error message, even though the redirection happens as expected afterwards and questions get created.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open the Questions app from the Apps menu.
      2. Click on any Topic label from a question on the list:

      ...or follow the steps to create a brand new question and observe the same.

      Expected Results

      No "Something went wrong" popup error message should be displayed since it is very misleading to the end users.

      Actual Results

      The following error message is displayed immediately at the bottom left:

      And the below exception is thrown at the browser Console leve:

      TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '_links')
          at app.31eae3731e9e7532c45e.js:sourcemap:1:37697 

      Workaround

      Ignore the misleading message since the actions get successfully executed.
