Problem:

The insert link dialogue box on the Confluence page is cut off at the top, preventing the user to input the actual link.

Steps to Reproduce

1. From the system settings depending on the OS set the display to 1080px or anything lower than 1496 x 967 in Mac.
2. Create a page in Confluence Cloud (new editing experience)
3. Enter some text, select it, and choose insert Link menu option (or use the shortcut CMD/CTRL+K) to observe the dialogue box is cut off at the top restricting the user from providing the link.

Expected Results

The dialogue box should appear completely including the "Search or paste a link" text box

Actual Results

The dialogue box is cut off at the top restricting the user from providing the link.
