Issue Summary
When a user attempts to view the unpublished changes on a specific page. Instead of displaying the most recent changes, the dialog shows outdated data. This issue has been observed to occur after the page is published. The bug is considered serious as it has led to content loss in some instances, requiring users to revert their changes. The issue is intermittent and does not affect all pages.
Steps to Reproduce
- Make changes to a page in Confluence and publish the page
- Edit the page and make another set of changes and publish it
- Edit the page again
- Click on the 'Unpublished changes' dialog to view the changes made.
- Notice that the dialog does not display the most recent changes, but instead shows outdated data.
- Publish the page.
- Observe that some content may be lost upon publishing.
Please note that this is an intermittent issue and may not occur every time these steps are followed
Expected Results
When a user makes changes to a page in Confluence without publishing them, they should be able to click on the 'Unpublished changes' dialog and view the most recent changes made. Upon publishing the page, no content should be lost and the published page should reflect all the recent changes made.
Actual Results
When a user makes changes to a page in Confluence without publishing them and clicks on the 'Unpublished changes' dialog, the dialog does not display the most recent changes. Instead, it shows outdated data. Furthermore, when the page is published, some content is lost. This issue is intermittent and does not occur every time a page is published
