Issue Summary

Issues with large requests can result in a 400 error being shown as a result.

It happens to some users using Chrome browser when they create article for KB from JSM issue view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to JSM issue view
2. click "+ create article" from KB menu.

Expected Results

Users proceeds to the article creation screen as normal.

Actual Results

Some users get the error 400 Bad Request: Message Request header is too large

Workaround

Using another browser.
