Issue Summary

'revert to last published version' (in edit mode) is not working for the pages with legacy editor

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a page with the legacy editor with at least 2-page versions
2. Go to the edit mode of the page by clicking on the 'pencil icon' at the top right corner of the page
3. Then click on three dots at the right bottom of the edit mode
4. Click 'revert to last published version'
5. The message will show that the page is reverted successfully but actually it won't

Expected Results

The page should be reverted back to the previous version

Actual Results

The page has not reverted to the previous version

Workaround

The only workaround is to use the 'Page History' option to revert to any of the previous versions of the page
