Issue Summary

It is problematic for customers who has multiple sites and need to keep selecting the site when inserting Jira macro

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to one of the sites.
2. Create a new page.
3. Insert Jira macro.
4. Now check the selected site.

Expected Results

User should get the same site as the las session or give them an option to set one site as default.

Actual Results

It defaults back to a site in alphabetical order.

Workaround

As of now, the only option is to change the site manually.
