Guest user list doesn't load under the space setting >> permission>> guest user.

      Issue Summary

      Currently, the Guest user search result list within the space setting>> permission>> guest user doesn't load. 

       

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to a certain space permission.
      2. Click on Edit permissions specifically for the Guest Users section.
      3. The guest user list will not load once the guest user count is high for example more than 1000 
      4. You will not be able to assign specific permission to any individual guest user.

      Expected Results

      Since this section is specific to get the guest user's visibility and to maintain the respective individual permission. The page should load

      Actual Results

      The result of the guest user list doesn't load under this page. 

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available

            I've updated this ticket to be considered fixed. We've restored the ability to load large lists of groups/guests/users on the space permissions screens. 

            I did create a new ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-79028 that will capture the noticeable performance degradation as the number of groups/guests/users increase above 5000~.

            We've published a pair of changes that should alleviate the inability to manage permissions due to this bug, and have additional planned changes to improve performance further in the near future.
