Issue Summary

Expand macros are no longer expanded by default in the page edit mode

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page
2. Add the expand macro with some content inside it
3. Publish the page
4. Edit the page and check the expand macros

Expected Results

Expand macro would be collapsed in the view mode and expanded in the edit mode

Actual Results

Expand macro is only expanded when you insert it on the edit mode. If you publish the page, both view and edit mode will have the expand macro collapsed by default.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
