Currently, in the Content Manager, when using the filter to just view Inactive pages, Confluence omits parent pages that would be considered inactive but have children pages beneath it in the results, because deleting / archiving these parent pages could result in unexpected changes to the permissions of the children pages beneath them.

The same logic applies to the Space's Mission Control section, however the counter still displays these pages, causing a discrepancy in terms of results when comparing both features:

This FR aims to make both results to be consistent, meaning the counter of Inactive pages in the Space's Mission Control section would also not account for parent pages that have children pages beneath it in the results.
