Issue Summary

When using the Legacy editor, the 'Insert Link' menu displays an incorrect message:

Hint: type "[" in the editor to see a list of suggested pages and insert a link.

The shortcut mentioned is valid for Confluence Server and Data Center, but does not work in Confluence Cloud.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create or Edit a page using the Legacy Editor
2. Click the Insert Link button or use the Ctrl+K / Cmd+K shortcut
3. The 'Insert Link' menu will appear

Expected Results

The menu displays correct information and informs users of the Ctrl+K / Cmd+K shortcut.

Actual Results

The menu displays incorrect information by mentioning the "[" shortcut which does not work in Confluence Cloud.

Workaround

Use the Ctrl+K / Cmd+K shortcut as mentioned in Keyboard shortcuts and autocomplete.
