Issue Summary

Org-level authentication support for smartlinks with 3rd parties like OneDrive.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a link to onedrive using smart link with user1.
   • Make sure everyone has access to the doc on ondrive withing the org.
2. Now try accessing the doc with user2.

Expected Results

• User2 should be able to access the doc since everyone is supposed to have access within the org.

Actual Results

• User2 is also prompted to authenticate.
