Issue Summary

Colon in a title will cause a page tree to fail

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page title such as title:
2. Create a few children under title:
3. On a page insert a page tree macro with title: as a root page: (NOTE: the page with the colon in the title has to be different than the page with the macro)

Example:

Expected Results

Page tree of title: is displayed

Actual Results

The error "The selected root page could not be found"

Workaround

Remove the colon from the page title of the root page
