Bring back the option to create Confluence database entries inside templates

      Description

      Confluence templates currently do not support Confluence database.  This can cause inconvenience for users who have migrated from the Orderly database and use such templates to create new pages.

      Suggested Resolution

      Provide template support for Confluence database.
