Issue Summary

Guests don't see names of user mentions in edit mode, but can view them in view mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page and mention any licensed user in it.
2. A guest user should access the page in view mode and then, go to the edit mode of the page.

Expected Results

The expected behaviour should be that guests can see the name like view mode but can’t at mention anyone.

Actual Results

Guest can see user names in view mode, but see "@Unknown user" in edit mode.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
