      Issue Summary

      With the IP Allowlist enabled on Jira/Confluence, a new application link created between Jira and Confluence shows "Network error"

      With the IP Allowlist disabled on Jira/Confluence,  a new application link created between Jira and Confluence is created correctly ("Connected")

      Jira macros in Confluence will continue to work, even if it is present the network error

      New Jira macros in Confluence can be created properly and it seems they can communicate with Jira

      Steps to Reproduce

      Scenario:

      • an organization with two sites A and B
      • on site A is present a Confluence product
      • on site B is present a Jira product

      Then follow the steps::

      1. enable the IP Allowlisting on both Jira and Confluence product
      2. create an application link between Jira and Confluence

      Expected Results

      Connection established correctly

      Actual Results

      There are network errors in the communication between Jira and Confluence

      Workaround

      1- Disable IP Allowlist on Jira and Confluence

      2- If Outgoing connections are added to the IP Allowlists, then the connection status will be "Connected" and application link creation seems to be smooth.
