Issue Summary

Page properties and Page properties report macro cannot be edited until the page refreshes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add Page properties or Page properties report macro to a page
2. Publish the page
3. edit the page, and try to edit the macros
4. macros cannot be edited
5. refresh the page and macros can be edited 

Expected Results

Edit the macros should be possible without page refresh.

Actual Results

To be able to edit the macros, page refresh is required.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
