      Issue Summary

In legacy editor, if the header has blank link and there is a expand macro after the header, collapsing expand macro will redirect to the blank link.

      Example storage format above:

      <h2><span style="color: rgb(51,51,51);">Heading test</span><span style="color: rgb(51,51,51);"><a href="https://www.google.com/"> </a></span><strong><span style="color: rgb(51,51,51);">blank link</span></strong></h2><ac:structured-macro ac:name="expand" ac:schema-version="1" ac:macro-id="4b0def42-c51a-4265-b8b1-dcc62eb88a4a"><ac:parameter ac:name="title">expand macro</ac:parameter><ac:rich-text-body /></ac:structured-macro>

This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Confluence is migrated from Server/DC and using legacy editor in Cloud
      2. If page heading has blank link like above, when collapsing expand macro redirects to the link

      Expected Results

Expand macro is collapsed correctly and show the contents.

      Actual Results

Expand macro redirects to the link

      Workaround

      • Remove blank link by editing the link
      • Delete heading row once and re-enter the heading
