      Problem

Currently it is not feasible to provide edit permission for a single user to a single page within a space. Even if edit permission is provided for that page using the page restrictions, this option will not be enabled unless 'add' option is provided for that user. If add permission is provided to the user, the user will have edit access to all pages within that space.

      Suggested Solution

It would be great to have a user have edit permission only for select pages within a space without the user being able to view or edit other pages within the space.

      Why This Is Important

Often customers find themselves in a position where they are required to provide access to only select pages within a space for edit access.

      Workaround

We can achieve this would be through a very roundabout method where we assign the user add permission in the group. Assign edit permission to that page for that user. And then restrict that same user in other pages.
