Unable to create Inline comment on a text inside macro

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page A
2. Add excerpt macro on the page and add some text
3. Publish the page A
4. Select a text inside excerpt macro and try to add a comment in view mode.

Expected Results

We are able to add the inline comment on the text inside excerpt macro.

Actual Results

We get below error while adding the inline comment

Comments can only be added to text that does not contain emojis, macros, or @mentions 

Workaround

Edit the page and add an inline comment
