Macro Premium Plan added in a Confluence page should update automatically

      When we share an Advanced roadmap plan using the "Share > Confluence > Copy link", it does prepare a link to a specific view from the plan, readonly.
      Pasting this link, it will add the "Macro Premium Plan" with this URL.

      If the original plan view is modified (adding more columns, filters or even changing View Settings configuration as the "color by"), the changes are not updated on the Confluence Page, the page remains showing the old configuration.

      Refresh does not update the plan.

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Create a plan on Jira, for instance, a timeline plan using the "Basic View";
      • Hit the Share Icon
      • Select on the Left panel "Confluence";
      • Copy the link;
      • Old Share Interface URL: https://xxx.atlassian.net/secure/PortfolioRoadmapConfluence.jspa?r=CEOo7
      • Create a new Confluence page;
      • Paste the share link copied from Jira Plan and Publish the page;
      • Return the Jira Plan, and hit the "Add Fields" dropdown menu;
      • Select the field "assignee" - observe the new format of the timeline;
      • On the DropDown menu of the "Basic View", save the new view;
      • Confirm that all users will be able to use the updated view;
      • Return to the Confluence page and refresh it.

      What is expected

      The plan was updated with the recent format of the timeline, with the assignee field.

      What we do observe instead

      The plan remains without the modification done on Jira Plan Basic view.

      Workaround

      Option 1:

      • Delete the "Macro Premium Plan" macro from the page;
      • Copy a new URL from Jira Plan using the updated Basic View: Share > Confluence > Copy link URL

      Option 2:

      • Delete the "Macro Premium Plan" macro from the page;
      • Use Iframe macro to paste the Jira Plan URL.

        Please note:
        Using Iframe, the Plan will not be Readonly - changes done by the user on the Confluence Page will affect Jira Plan.

       Option 3 (for "Smart Link")

      • Delete the "Macro Premium Plan" macro from the page;
      • Copy a new URL from Jira Plan using the updated Basic View and paste on the Confluence Page.
