Problem
Exporting some pages results in an incomplete PDF/Word document where the images are not loaded completely.
Environment
Confluence Cloud
Steps to Reproduce
- Install Trendmicro Powerbox File Addon
- Insert multiple images using the addon macro
- Try to export the page to PDF/Word
Expected Results
The exported document should include all attached images
Actual Results
The exported document results in an incomplete file where it loads only a few images and doesn't load others due to timeout from the macro.
Workaround
Attach the images directly on the Confluence page.
