Issue Summary

Aligning a table column content(left or right) in the Cloud legacy editor affects the first row only. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a table with multiple rows in a legacy editor page.
2. Select an entire column and align it left or right(Screenshot 1).
3. Only the top row in the column gets aligned(Screenshot 2).

Expected Results

The entire column needs to be aligned when you select all column values and align it.

Actual Results

Only the top row value gets aligned.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround except to align the values one at a time.
