Issue Summary

When posting a question using the Confluence Questions add-on the image preview will show as "? Unknown Attachment"

Edit mode will show a "Preview not available" image

This is reproducible on Data Center: N/A

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable the Confluence Questions add-on
2. Create a question that includes an image
3. Post the question.

Expected Results

The question should render the uploaded image

Actual Results

The image in the Question post will show as "? Unknown Attachment"

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
