Issue Summary

Suggestion to add URLs that leads straight to headings in Edit mode, just like we have on View mode.

Steps to Reproduce

On View mode, hover over the mouse to a heading. You'll see a "link" icon.

If you click on the "link" icon, we have a link to the page heading copied, similar to the one below:

Expected Results

The same would work on Edit mode

Actual Results

It does NOT work on edit mode.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
