Issue Summary

The UI that allows users to provide Questions View/Add/Delete permissions to Guests is visible on the Space settings page, but currently, the Questions App doesn't support Guest access, so this configuration is misleading users.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Invite one guest user to one space
2. Go to Space Settings -> Space Permissions -> Apps; at the bottom of this configuration page, the Guest Users section shows the options to permit View/Add/Delete permission for Questions.

Expected Results

The Guest Users section should not be visible based on the fact that the Questions app doesn't support Guests so far.

Actual Results

The Guest Users section is visible and configurable.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
