TOC shows headings in a word export from excerpt include on the page

Issue Summary

A word export with table of content macro is showing heading from a excerpt include macro on the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page A
2. Add excerpt macro on page A with some excerpt including headings
3. Publish page A
4. Create page B
5. Add an excerpt include macro with the previous excerpt from page A
6. Add a table of content macro
7. The tabe of content macro will not show any headings on the page.
8. Publish page B
9. Export page B as a word export.

Expected Results

The word export should not contain any table of contents becuase the published page didnot have the same.

Actual Results

The word export shows Table of content with heading from the excerpt include.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
