PDF Macro Disappears after entering and exiting presentation mode

Issue Summary

A PDF Macro disappears from view page after it's viewed in presentation mode.

The issue can arise from a couple avenues but the result is the same as is the underlying cause.  

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add the pdf through the macro and set it to Full Width
2. Publish the page
3. Click on the Presentation icon and exit the presentation
4. Click anywhere near the PDF displayed on the screen and the macro would disappear.

Expected Results

The PDF Macro is still visible

Actual Results

It disappears from view.

Workaround

Reload the page
