Clicking edit link to deleted page results in infinite loading spinner

Issue Summary

Clicking a link to the edit-page for a deleted page results in an infinite loading spinner.  The link tries to resolve to the v1 (tinyMCE) path even for fabric pages.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any existing page in editor (Let's call it as Page 1)
2. Click on Copy link icon
3. Navigate to another page (Page 2)
4. Inserted copied link in page comment editor and save page comment
5. Delete Page 1
6. Click on link that leads to editor of Page 1

Expected Results

`We couldn't find what you're looking for` screen is displayed

Actual Results

Infinite load spinner displayed

Workaround

Change url to `.../edit-v2/...` from `.../edit/...`
