Sort by setting functionality not working in page property macro

Issue Summary

Sort by functionality is not working in the Column headers of the Page Properties Report macro table in view mode.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a page properties report macro populated with a few rows.
2. Publish the page.
3. Now try to sort the columns using the table header on the Page Properties Report table. 
4. To sort all pages relative to each other, use the "sort by" option when editing a Page Properties Report macro.

Expected Results

All the pages should be sorted by the column selected. 

Actual Results

Page property report macro is not sorted by the column.
