Large XML space exports may result in the UI not displaying the download link

Issue Summary

Large XML space exports may result in the UI not displaying the download link, even though the export was completed successfully.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Export a large space ~150GB+ to XML
2. The export will progress and then appear to be stuck
3. The export completes in the backend, but no download link is ever displayed

Expected Results

When the export completes a download link should be available.

We have also created a feature request, CONFCLOUD-78317, which would trigger an email notification with a link to download the file upon completion.

Actual Results

When the export completes a download link is not provided.

Workaround

• Try the export again, this can be due to latency issues.
• Reach out to support and request their help to provide the download link.
