Can't archive a page that has child pages - We've hit a snag error

Issue Summary

When trying to archive a page with child pages under it, the dialog box to archive the pages appears for a second, and then a "We've hit a snag" issue appears.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on three dots next to the page name in the side panel
2. Select the option Archive
3. The error "We've hit a snag" will appear

Expected Results

Archive the page when you select this action

Actual Results

When we try to archive a page, the error below appears:

We’ve hit a snag

The issue should resolve on its own, but if it keeps happening, ask your admin to contact our support team and give them:

• The URL of this page
• The code associated with this error: 11jakd

The code can change depending on the instance.
