Audit log file exported through REST API was changed zip format even default.

Issue Summary

The following REST API can export audit record as a CSV file or ZIP file and default is a CSV file.

You can change it with format parameter.

However, from around Mar 2024 , if you call that REST API, it'll output a file in ZIP format even default.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Call the REST API as not changing format parameter
2. Check file format for output file from REST API.

Expected Results

You can see that file in CSV format.

Actual Results

The file having a ZIP format is created.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
