Summary

The Confluence macros below can show any pages on their page.
However, when a page with a certain emoji not from Confluence is shown in the title through these macros, the emoji sometimes turns into a garbled character.

For my case, I found ㊙️ would be turned into garbled one.

Suggestion

Support all emoji not from Confluence on Confluence macro and it shows them without becoming garbled character.
