Improve Behavior of createpage.action Endpoint

We are currently able to link to pages that do not exist using the format https://xxxxxxxx.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/createpage.action?spaceKey=xxxxxx&title=New+Page&fromPageId=xxxxx&linkCreation=true. However, once that page exists, visiting the same URL should redirect to view that page instead of opening the "create" page.

This feature request emphasizes the need for the createpage.action endpoint to redirect to already created pages when the link is accessed after the page has been published.
