Add a placeholder for page properties macro

      Summary:

      Currently, when the page properties macro is added to a page, it does not contain a border/placeholder unless it is hovered on which makes it difficult for the customers to understand the presence of the macro. 

      Suggestion:

      Our suggestion is to add a placeholder for the page properties macro.
