Issue Summary
- Unable to import space exported from another cloud site.
ERROR: insert or update on table "content" violates foreign key constraint "fklmweu06nft59g7mw1i1myorys"
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to the source Confluence Cloud site
- Go to the desired space
- Click on Space settings on the left side bar
- Click on Export
- Export the space either using the full or custom space export
- Go to the destination Confluence Cloud site
- Go to Confluence Settings
- On the left menu, search for Space Import
- Import the space
Expected Results
- Space is imported successfully
Actual Results
- Space is not imported and the below error is displayed:
ERROR: insert or update on table "content" violates foreign key constraint "fklmweu06nft59g7mw1i1myorys"
Workaround
- Confirm that the Space key does not already exist on the destination site (check also the destination site's Trash for deleted spaces)
- Try either the CSV export option to import on the Cloud instance or use the Confluence Copy data feature.
- Alternatively, if the space was exported from Server/DC, you may consider using the Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant for the migration.
