Currently, it's not possible for admins to customize the app navigation profile menu (as shown in the screenshot below) to include a field/link to content specific to the user and the organization.

This would be an excellent feature to implement. For example, an admin could customize that menu for each of their employees/colleagues to contain a field to their personal HR ticket.
