Issue Summary

Team calendar does not display the time of events in the expected format when the event is at midnight or midday.

This may affect scenarios such as:

• Users need to book events at midnight.
• When booking On-call schedules and rotations.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to General settings in Confluence (the cog on the right side of the screen) >Data Management > Team Calendar ( https://xxxxx/wiki/admin/teamcalendars )
2. Configure the Display time setting to 12hr 
3. Go to a calendar
4. Add an event at midnight, note that you are given the times in 24hr format
5. When the event is added, it displays the time as 0:00 am in the calendar view and event view
6. Add an event at midday, note that you are given the times in 24hr format
7. When the event is added, it displays the time as 0:00 pm in the calendar view and event view

Expected Results

The time to display as 12:00 am or 12:00 pm to match the 12hr format.

Actual Results

The time on the events is displayed as 0:00 pm or 0:00 am which is mixing 24hr time with the suffix from the 12hr format

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
