Issue Summary

Guests list in wiki/admin/permissions/global?tab=external is not accurate when some accounts are both:

• Confluence guest
• Confluence user

Steps to Reproduce

I was able to reproduce the bug with the following steps:

1. Define a default assign Space to assign to guests
2. Add 50 Confluence guests
3. Add a few default Confluence users to the instance
4. Add a few of the guests to the Confluence Product access group

Therefore, some users will have a space assigned and other users will have "Multiple spaces" assigned.

Expected Results

The list in wiki/admin/permissions/global?tab=external will show all the guest users

Actual Results

The list in wiki/admin/permissions/global?tab=external will not show all the guests

Workaround

If a filter on the space is applied, then the guest list will show the correct list of guests
