To have an event option/setting to prevent conflicted time slots

Why This Is Important

For specific event types, many users will use the calendar to block date and time. Here, if one of the users blocks time from 8am to 9am, the following user should not block this 8am -9am slot as this will create conflict, and the user should not be able to take the 8am time slot option.
