Stop users from using Orderly after their license becomes invalid

Currently, after the Orderly app licence becomes invalid, user are still able to perform all action. Only a banners informs them about their invalid license.

 

For the future, we want to nudge users a bit more towards buying Orderly. Some actions should be restricted. E.g. creating new databases and saving database changes.
