Allow creation of Jira issues when dropping sticky notes to smart sections in Whiteboards

      Currently, Confluence whiteboards have a feature called smart sections that allows users to modify Jira issues by dropping Jira issue cards inside them.

      It would be great to enable the smart sections so that we can create Jira issues when dragging and dropping sticky notes into the specified section.
