Issue Summary

A Confluence account who is both: 

• Confluence guest
• Confluence user

 
is shown on the global permission guest tab https://<INSTANCE_NAME>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/permissions/global?tab=external
and it shows Confluence access to "multiple spaces"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Provide access to an account only as a Confluence guest
2. The user is now correctly present in https://<INSTANCE_NAME>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/permissions/global?tab=external
3. Provide to the account also the standard Confluence user license

Expected Results

The user is NOT present anymore in https://<INSTANCE_NAME>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/permissions/global?tab=external

Actual Results

The user is still present in https://<INSTANCE_NAME>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/permissions/global?tab=external

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
