The option to "Add your own emoji" disappears

Issue Summary

The "Add your own emoji" option disappears after adding an emoji on a page with the legacy editor. Once the "Add your own emoji" option disappears, it is no longer visible in the editor section and in comments sections.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a page using the Legacy editor
2. Add an emoticon to the page
3. In the same tab go a page using the new editor
4. Try to add an emoticon
5. Notice the missing “add your own emoji” option

Expected Results

• The option to add your emoji should appear.

Actual Results

• The option to add your emoji is no longer displayed.

Workaround

If you refresh the page, the option to add an emoji reappears.
