Issue Summary

Mobile users using Chrome browser to view a page can view resolved draft comments 

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new draft page.
2. Collaborate with another user and add comments to the draft version.
3. Resolved all the comments (in the draft version).
4. Then publish the page.
5. Shared it with Confluence-users group with only view permissions

Expected Results

Users from Confluence-groups should not view the resolved comments on the web browser

Actual Results

Users can view the resolved comments at the bottom of the page

Workaround

In order not to view the resolved comments, users should utilize the Safari browser on mobile or the Confluence mobile app.
