Issue Summary

Outgoing links are not shown even when a page is linked in it.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Page 1 in legacy editor.
2. Create Page 2 and copy the link of Page 2
3. Edit Page 1 and paste link of Page 2.
4. Convert Page 1 to new editor.
5. Create a Page 3 in new/legacy editor.
6. Open Page 1 in view mode and using Copy option to copy Page 2.
7. Paste the link in Page 3 and publish.
8. In Page advanced details of Page 3, this link is shown as external link.
9. Now, repeat steps 6 and 7, but use Copy Link Address option.
10. Now, the link should appear as Outgoing link in Page 3 and an incoming link should appear on Page 2.

Expected Results

Copied link should appear in Outgoing link for both Copy and Copy Link Address options.

Actual Results

Copied link appears in Outgoing links only when using Copy Link Address option.

Workaround

Use Copy Link Address option to copy Page link from View mode for a page converted to new editor.
