Issue with JWT token when confluence automation rule creates a Jira ticket

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a confluence automation rule that triggers to create a ticket in Jira project.

Expected Results

No errors reported.

Actual Results

Unexpected error executing rule:
No valid tenant could be found matching 'null'. Unable to generate JWT token

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. However, removing trigger text and re-adding fixes the issue sometimes.
