    Description

      Currently, the REST API endpoint to get the users on the Confluence site can't fulfil a request if a user tries to paginate past 10K results.

      GET https://site.atlassian.net/wiki/rest/api/search/user?cql=type=user&start=9999&limit=10
      • Does not return results

      Requested Feature
      Ability for the REST API endpoint to return results at scale, ie, list all licensed Confluence users on the site.
