Issue Summary

If we edit a page using the legacy editor, when we hover the Colour picker menu, the name of the colour is not presented.

Steps to Reproduce

• Click Edit and select text where you want to change the colour;
• Go to the text color picker, reaching the drop-down arrow to show the menu of colours;
• Hover over what used to display as "Lime"

Expected Results

• The name "Lime" would be presented

Actual Results

No label is displayed upon hover.

Workaround

Use the new Editor experience (Fabric).
